RETAINER FOR ONGOING BUSINESS

For ongoing business, a RETAINER contractual agreement will be drafted in accordance with our specified terms; following the specified pre-payment and set hours. Once signed, it will be understood to be agreeable and enforceable by both parties. Failing to follow the set terms will void the agreement and all of its terms. Any work above the specified retainer hours will undertaken at our discretion, and its length will determine whether it will fall within the remit of the retainer or a separate agreement shall be raised, such as a standard agreement project of specific duration. This will fall under the terms and conditions specified for Standard Term clients. Upon any contractual agreement, terms shall be honoured by both parties. Should the contract terms be disregarded by a client, we reserve the right to terminate such contract with immediate effect. This includes nefarious activities (BAM sorted will act in accordance of FML regulations) or engaging in abuse of any kind (verbal, physical or slander), which will not be tolerated under any circumstances, and will void said agreement with immediate effect.

STANDARD AGREEMENT

Specific standard terms of agreement shall be those falling outside the remit of a RETAINER agreement. This will be considered as project based, with a specific set timescale and charge, or an estimation with a reserve cap to be understood by both parties. Upon acceptance of Standard terms, the client accepts liability of payment of future charges to be raised for the works agreed and delivered. BAM sorted reserves the right to terminate an agreement with immediate effect if any of the following circumstances occur: The client no longer wishes to continue with the services (a bill will be raised for services rendered up to that point), the client is involved in nefarious activities (BAM sorted will act in accordance of FML regulations) or the client engages in abuse of any kind, which will not be tolerated under any circumstances (this will stop any agreement and a bill will be raised for services rendered up to that point).

PRIVACY POLICY

We have the most upmost respect and care for privacy and information, and we know how important it is to keep it safe. For this reason we will always ensure we comply with GDPR law and always ensure we have your permission at all times.

In the event that you may be required to provide contact details, the information will always be encrypted and only last for the duration of the transaction or contractual agreement. Should you join a newsletter or waiting list, your information will always be kept securely in accordance to the Data Protection Act and GDPR legislation. You will always be informed about how long your data will be under our possession and consulted as to whether you want to proceed. Please rest assured your data will be stored safely in every occasion and deleted when instructed in each case.

Should we engage in a contractual agreement, further details of compliance will be explained in said agreement. All software recommended or used by us offers secure encryptions, and we will always engage in safe data handling practises at all times, be it financial or sensitive data.
Our data analytics is set up for the sole purpose of monitoring site traffic, thus we will NEVER sell or share your data.
